Airsoko Seller Commission Structure
As a seller on Airsoko, you are provided with a transparent and competitive commission structure designed to support your business growth. Our current commission policy is outlined as follows:
1. Standard Commission
All sellers on Airsoko are subject to a flat-rate commission of 3.5% on the gross sales of all orders processed through the platform.
2. Reduced Commission for Enterprise Sellers
Enterprise sellers who have achieved gross sales of Ksh 250,000 or more will benefit from a reduced commission rate of 2.8% on future sales. This threshold is calculated based on the total sales volume across all products within the seller’s account.
3. Payment of Commission
The applicable commission is deducted automatically from the seller's payout upon completion of each sale. Sellers can view a detailed breakdown of their commissions within their seller dashboard.
4. Adjustments to the Commission Structure
Airsoko reserves the right to adjust the commission structure, either increasing or decreasing the rates, based on business needs, platform improvements, or market conditions. In the event of any changes to the commission rates, sellers will be provided with 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.
5. Other Applicable Terms
The Airsoko platform operates in accordance with its Terms of Service, Seller Agreement, and Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the platform, sellers agree to adhere to all applicable policies, including the commission structure, which may be updated periodically. Sellers are encouraged to review the platform's terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
This commission structure is designed to maintain a fair balance between platform operations and supporting seller success, fostering long-term growth for businesses using Airsoko.
