Important Notes:

• The following banks are not accepted for payments: Micro-finance Banks, SBM, Unaitas, Jamii Bora, Bank of Baroda, Transnational Bank, Victoria Commercial Bank, Paramount, Consolidated Bank, and Dubai Bank.
• Payments via EFT and MPESA are made every Wednesday.

• EFT payments will reflect on the same day for Equity Bank account holders and within 48 hours for other banks.

• To receive payment via MPESA, please ensure your mobile phone number is correct. Only payments below KES 50,000 will be processed via MPESA.

• If you would like to change your payment timeline from weekly to monthly or vice versa, kindly contact vendor support.

• Sellers with incorrect bank details during the payment cycle will only receive payments at the end of the month.
